Jukestr is an independent sports-software project developed and operated by Tim Tutten in the United States. By using Jukestr, you agree to these Terms and the Jukestr Privacy Policy.
1. Accounts and access
When account features are available, provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials, and promptly report unauthorized access. You may not impersonate another person, sell or transfer access, automate accounts without permission, or create accounts to evade restrictions.
2. Product purpose
Jukestr provides personalized football discovery, NFL and college football coverage, native posts, fan discussions, games, Game Rooms, Jukestr Watch, and followed-team personalization. Features and coverage may change as the project develops.
Sports information, schedules, scores, news, and media availability can be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. Jukestr is provided for information, discovery, and entertainment and does not guarantee game outcomes or third-party content availability.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use Jukestr to:
- harass, threaten, exploit, discriminate against, or impersonate another person;
- post illegal, infringing, deceptive, hateful, sexually exploitative, privacy-invasive, or malicious content;
- spam, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, probe, disrupt, or bypass security or access controls;
- collect or expose another person's private information without permission;
- manipulate engagement, platform eligibility, or media availability through unauthorized means; or
- violate the rules of YouTube, Instagram, or another third-party service used through Jukestr.
4. User content
You retain ownership of original content you submit. You grant Jukestr a non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, technically format, display, distribute, moderate, and process that content as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit the content.
Content may be restricted or removed, and access may be limited, suspended, or terminated, when reasonably necessary for safety, rule enforcement, legal compliance, security, or service integrity.
5. Third-party media and services
Jukestr uses supported YouTube and Instagram APIs and embeds. Third-party names, trademarks, content, and media remain the property of their respective owners. Their terms and privacy policies govern your direct use of their services.
- Jukestr validates videos before Jukestr Watch eligibility.
- Jukestr does not scrape media platforms.
- Jukestr does not download, proxy, or rehost restricted third-party video.
- Removed, private, unavailable, and non-embeddable content may be excluded or removed without notice.
6. Jukestr and BeefedUp
BeefedUp focuses on fantasy-football league management. Jukestr focuses on football news, video discovery, teams, games, and social conversation. They are independent software projects developed and operated by Tim Tutten, not incorporated entities.
7. Intellectual property
Jukestr software, interface, original branding, and project materials are owned by the operator or used with permission. These Terms grant a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service as provided. They do not grant rights to third-party sports, team, league, creator, platform, or media property.
8. Availability and disclaimers
Jukestr may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain, secure, or improve the project. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jukestr is provided "as is" and "as available" without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
9. Changes, termination, and contact
You may stop using Jukestr at any time and may request deletion through Jukestr Data Deletion. These Terms may be updated as the project changes. The current version date appears above.
