Request deletion
Email [email protected] from the email address associated with your Jukestr account. Use the subject Jukestr Data Deletion.
Include only the information needed to identify the Jukestr account or data:
- the email address associated with Jukestr;
- your Jukestr handle or display name, if one exists;
- whether you want the full account deleted or specific Jukestr data removed; and
- if relevant, the Meta-connected feature or content involved.
What happens next
- The request is reviewed and account control may be verified.
- Supported Jukestr account, profile, preference, social, and project data associated with the verified request is identified.
- Covered information is deleted or de-identified, subject to limited records that must be kept for security, fraud prevention, disputes, legal obligations, or service integrity.
- A response is sent when the request is completed or if more information is needed.
Valid requests are handled within the period required by applicable law. Provider copies and backups may follow their own bounded deletion or expiration schedules.
Third-party content
Jukestr does not download, proxy, or rehost restricted YouTube or Instagram video. Removing a video or making it private on its source platform controls its availability there. Jukestr also excludes content that becomes removed, private, unavailable, or non-embeddable when eligibility is checked.
Deletion of a Jukestr account does not delete a separate YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, or other third-party account. Use that provider's own account and privacy controls for provider-held data.
