Jukestr is an independent sports-software project developed and operated by Tim Tutten in the United States. This policy applies to Jukestr software, pages, and related services. BeefedUp is a separate project operated by the same person.
1. Information Jukestr may process
Account and profile information
When account features are available, Jukestr may process an email address, authentication provider information, display name, handle, profile image, biography, and settings you choose to provide.
Personalization and football interests
Jukestr may process followed teams, leagues, topics, saved items, viewed stories, and other in-product choices to organize football discovery around your interests.
Posts and social activity
Native posts, comments, reactions, follows, reports, blocks, and fan discussions may be stored and shown according to the audience and product context where they were created.
Games and Game Rooms
Game follows, Game Room participation, messages, reactions, and related activity may be processed to provide live football context and conversation.
Usage, device, and support information
Jukestr may process app or page interactions, approximate network-derived location, device type, operating system, browser or app version, diagnostics, security events, and information you include in a support request. Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment-card information, or unrelated private data to support.
2. Third-party media
Jukestr uses supported YouTube and Instagram APIs and embeds for eligible third-party media. When you view an embed, the platform providing it may receive information such as your IP address, browser or device information, cookies, platform login state, and interaction data under its own terms and privacy policy.
- Videos are validated before they become eligible for Jukestr Watch.
- Jukestr does not scrape media platforms or bypass supported interfaces.
- Jukestr does not download, proxy, or rehost restricted third-party video.
- Removed, private, unavailable, or non-embeddable content is not treated as eligible media.
3. How information is used
- Provide accounts, discovery, posts, discussions, games, Game Rooms, Jukestr Watch, and followed-team personalization.
- Deliver and organize football news, team, game, and supported media experiences.
- Secure the service, prevent abuse, enforce rules, investigate reports, and diagnose reliability problems.
- Answer support, privacy, legal, and data-deletion requests.
- Understand feature performance and improve Jukestr.
4. Sharing and service providers
Information may be processed by hosting, authentication, database, storage, analytics, diagnostic, email, moderation, football-data, and support providers only as needed for their configured functions. Public or audience-scoped posts and discussions are shared with the people who can view that part of Jukestr.
Supported YouTube and Instagram embeds are delivered by those platforms. Jukestr may disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of investigating fraud, security problems, or abuse.
5. Retention and security
Information is kept for as long as reasonably needed to provide the related feature, maintain security and integrity, resolve disputes, respond to requests, and meet legal obligations. Retention can vary by record. Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices
You can change available profile and follow settings, remove supported content, stop using Jukestr, or request access, correction, or deletion by contacting [email protected]. Data-deletion instructions are available at Jukestr Data Deletion.
You can control platform cookies, account settings, and privacy choices through YouTube, Instagram, your browser, and your device. Making platform media private or removing it may make it unavailable in Jukestr after eligibility is checked again.
7. Changes and contact
This policy may be updated as Jukestr changes. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate product or website notice when required.
