Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the BeefedUp mobile and web app and related services. By creating or continuing to use an account after being shown these Terms, you agree to them, the Privacy Policy, and the Community Guidelines.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use BeefedUp. If the law where you live requires a parent or guardian to consent to services like BeefedUp, you may use it only with that consent.

KLIPY GIF search is optional and available only after you confirm that you are at least 18. If you do not qualify or do not accept the separate privacy disclosure, do not use GIF search; the rest of BeefedUp remains available.

Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly report unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity through your account. You may not sell, transfer, automate, impersonate another person through, or create accounts to evade a suspension.

2. The Service

BeefedUp provides fantasy-football league, draft, roster, scoring, matchup, social, messaging, commissioner, notification, advertising, AI-assistance, and purchase features. Football statistics, projections, news, injury information, and AI output can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. They are informational and entertainment features, not professional, financial, medical, legal, or betting advice.

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain, secure, or improve the service. Scheduled games, league rules, scoring corrections, provider outages, and commissioner actions can change displayed results.

3. Acceptable Use

You must follow the Community Guidelines. In particular, do not:

Money collection for league entry fees, cash wagers, pots, escrow, or payouts is disabled in public store releases. Any off-platform arrangement is outside BeefedUp, is not processed or guaranteed by us, and remains the participants' responsibility subject to applicable law.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant BeefedUp a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt for technical formatting, display, distribute, and otherwise process that content only as needed to operate, secure, moderate, promote within the service, and improve BeefedUp. This license ends when the content is deleted from our systems, except for content another user has separately shared, limited backups, de-identified league history, or records we must retain.

You represent that you have the rights needed to submit your content and that it complies with these Terms. BeefedUp may review, restrict, hide, preserve, or remove content and may warn, limit, suspend, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary for safety, rule enforcement, legal compliance, or service integrity. Use in-app report and block tools for objectionable content. Appeals may be submitted through Support.

5. Commissioner and League Responsibilities

Commissioners configure league rules and can perform elevated league actions. Commissioners must apply rules fairly, disclose material changes, respect members' privacy, and not claim to act on behalf of BeefedUp. BeefedUp may retain commissioner audit history and may intervene when necessary for safety, fraud prevention, or platform integrity, but it does not guarantee resolution of private league disputes.

6. Intellectual Property

BeefedUp's software, interface, branding, graphics, and other service materials are owned by BeefedUp or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. These Terms give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the service as provided. They do not transfer ownership or permit commercial reuse, copying, or creation of derivative services except where law expressly permits it.

Team names, player names, statistics, news, GIFs, and other third-party materials belong to their respective owners. If you believe content infringes your rights, contact with enough information to identify the work and content.

7. Purchases and Subscriptions

BeefedUp can be used without a paid subscription. Free accounts may see advertising and retain access to core fantasy features.

The localized price, billing period, trial, and product details shown in the app-store confirmation sheet or Xsolla web checkout control your purchase. Ad-Free automatically renews each month unless canceled before renewal. Commissioner Pro is charged yearly and automatically renews each year unless canceled before renewal. Apple App Store, Google Play, or Xsolla processes payment; BeefedUp does not receive your payment-card number.

Cancel from Manage subscription in BeefedUp Settings, through the Xsolla subscriber account opened there, or through Apple subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions. Cancellation stops future renewal; benefits generally continue through the paid period. Mobile purchases can be restored with the store account used to buy, and verified web purchases sync to the signed-in BeefedUp account. Refunds are handled under the processing store's policies.

Deleting a BeefedUp account removes its identified entitlement link but does not cancel the underlying Apple App Store, Google Play, or Xsolla subscription. Cancel recurring products through the processing store before deletion to stop future billing.

8. Advertising and Third-Party Services

Eligible free-tier users may see advertising. BeefedUp also relies on third-party identity, hosting, notifications, purchases, football-data, media, support, GIF, AI, advertising, and diagnostic services. Their separate terms may govern your direct interaction with them. BeefedUp is not responsible for third-party sites, content, or services it does not control.

9. Suspension, Termination, and Deletion

You may stop using BeefedUp or delete your account at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for material or repeated violations, illegal or unsafe conduct, fraud, security risks, nonpayment, or if operating the service becomes unlawful. Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an appeal path. Sections that by their nature should survive—including ownership, retained licenses, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute provisions—remain effective.

10. Disclaimers and Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BeefedUp is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BeefedUp and its providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, league outcomes, or off-platform financial arrangements arising from use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid BeefedUp during the 12 months before the claim or US $100, except where applicable law requires a different result.

11. Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be identified by a new version date and, where appropriate, an in-app notice or renewed acknowledgment. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
